RECOMMENDATIONS

KNZ salt licks must be placed or fixed in a way to allow free access to them by the animals. Recommended number of KNZ salt lick blocks by the number of livestock:

one 10 kg block for 15 heads of livestock;
one 5 kg block for 5 heads of livestock;
one 2 kg block for 1 head of livestock.
