SUPRASEL FINE SALT (Classic)

Product available in:

The salt is fine with uniform crystals of regular shape typically measuring 0.125-0.500 mm, very well and rapidly soluble in water, contains a minor amount of insoluble mechanical impurities.

It is very pure (at least 99.9% sodium chloride) fine salt for the food industry. We recommend using SUPRASEL fine salt for all applications across the food industry — for seasoning bread, curing meat and salting cheese, butter, fish, sauces and other products.

The product is free from GMOs, allergens (including gluten) as well as residues of pathogens and insecticides.

Store in original sealed packaging in a clean and dry room (humidity <75%).

SUPRASEL MEDIUM SALT (Classic)

The salt is medium fine with uniform crystals of regular shape typically measuring 0.25-1.7 mm, well soluble in water, contains a minor amount of insoluble mechanical impurities. It is very pure (at least 99.9% sodium chloride) medium fine salt for the food industry.

Thanks to its crystal size and outstanding quality, SUPRASEL Medium salt is perfect for dry curing of livestock intestines and fish as it adheres well, does not damage the surface of the cured product, and is economical to use. However, this kind of salt is well adaptable to other areas of food processing where the size of salt crystals matters.

It is very pure powdered salt without any impurities. This micro fine salt is made of extremely fine particles, which are uniform in size and typically measure 0.032-0.063 mm. SUPRASEL Microzo salt ensures a high dissolution factor that helps control moisture content in butter and margarine.

SUPRASEL Microzo salt is suitable for the production of a variety of spice mixes and for other applications across the food industry, which call for exceptional fineness of the seasoning component.

SUPRASEL FINE IODISED SALT

It is high-quality and extremely pure food grade salt fortified with iodine (40 mg iodine per kg). The salt is fine with uniform crystals of a regular shape typically measuring 0.125-1.00 mm.

SUPRASEL fine iodised salt always has equal and stable iodine content that meets the guidelines of doctors/endocrinologists and the requirements of Lithuanian legislation. SUPRASEL fine iodised salt is used in the bread-making and confectionery industries to improve taste and structure of the products.

It is recommended to use it in foods to be fortified with iodine.

SUPRASEL Nitrite salt is based on fine and extremely pure salt containing 99.45% NaCl.

SUPRASEL nitrite salt contains (0.5-0.6)% sodium nitrite (E250) on average. It is a minor, but sufficient amount of preservative to perform its technological function in meat products. Yet, its use is completely safe, and it does not leave even the slightest risk of overdose as sodium nitrite is mixed with salt.

We recommend using SUPRASEL Nitrite salt in the industrial production of meat products.

SUPRASEL nitrite salt is based on fine and extremely pure salt. This nitrite salt contains (1.1-1.3)% sodium nitrite (E250) on average. It is a sufficiently safe level of preservative to perform its technological function in meat products. There is no risk of overdosing as sodium nitrite is mixed with salt.

We recommend using the nitrite salt in the industrial production of meat products.

SUPRASEL Bacon Curing salt is fine high-quality food grade salt, which contains 0.4% sodium nitrite (E250) and 0.3% potassium nitrate (E252) on average. This special curing mix is perfect for cold-smoked and dry-cured meat products with a sufficiently lengthy production process. The nitrites and nitrates contained in the product ensure stable colour of the meat product and its excellent microbiological properties.

For use on non-thermal-treated meat products only in the industrial production of meat products.

MARSEL 1-3 is coarse refined sea salt with natural ingredients. This salt has a typical crystal size of 1-3 mm. MARSEL 1-3 coarse sea salt contains absolutely no added E additives. Hence, it is suitable for seasoning organic foods.

We recommend using this salt for many applications across the food production industry — for curing meat, salting dairy, fish and other products, making spice mixes, in salt mills, etc.
